Once I realized this simple concept I was staggered by the opportunity…but there is one downside..yes, as you can see there is a cost involved to achieve this, not on a warren buffet scale but it would still add up very quickly and although the chances of winning are much higher, they are still not guaranteed. So, what I decided to do, and what I would recommend you to do is start a syndicate, that way, costs are kept down but you still have those 2 numbers guaranteed.

Well, I say start a syndicate, but there is a lot of admin, finding people,handling money, starting a syndicate bank account, getting everyone to sign a security form etc. I didn’t want all the hassle that that involved so I had a hunt and came across a company that was already using this method successfully and have everything setup and ready to go.
